Return and Refund

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within [X] days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables, personalized/custom products.

Process

  1. Email shopicrate9400@gmail.com with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. We’ll provide a return address/RMA number.

  3. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
